Step 1: Call and schedule a one-hour temperament test at your convenience, where we evaluate whether or not your dog would fit in at daycare or during a boarding stay.

 

Step 2: Fill out all three forms and bring them with you to your temperament test. You may also have your vet fax over vaccination records in place of filling out the vaccination form.

 

Step 3: Enjoy our services now that your a registered clubhouse member!
